Rate for a full-day fishing charter – $440 /person, plus applicable taxes
Note: Fishing Charter / Glacier Tour full-day combination packages are available on a custom request basis for $560/ person plus applicable taxes (minimum of 4 guests required).
Current Halibut Regulations: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) implemented regulations that include a halibut bag limit of 2 halibut per person, per day. Charter vessel anglers may keep one fish of any size per day and one fish that is less than or equal to 28 inches in total length. The 28-inch maximum size limit allows anglers to keep a second fish that weighs approximately 8 pounds.

Along with the new regulations, NMFS announced a new Guided Angler Fish (GAF) program. Charter vessel operators who choose to participate in the GAF program may offer their clients the opportunity to harvest up to two halibut of any size per day. The Yakutat Charter Boat Company will participate in the GAF program and offer clients the opportunity to harvest up to two halibut of any size per day for an additional fee.
